Kate Translates iCarly

Kate is obsessed with this show on Nickelodeon called iCarly. It's about two young girls and a guy who produce a web show. They walk around with cameras and act goofy. They girls are, of course, dollfaces. Your average tween sitcom with the new "ME" generation spin on it.

So, Katie gets a hold of my video camera and decides to make her own "show". Interesting spin she puts on the "script".

Picking Peaches in Willcox

Papa-Stevie and Grandma-Stevie (No, Steve didn't come but that's what the kids call Mom and Dad) took us out to Apple Annie's Orchard to pick some peaches. We started with a peach pancake breakfast then headed out on the tractor to pick some of our own peaches. Grandma and Grandpa bought us the good ones we picked, took us out to lunch and then we drove home. We had so much fun!

Katie sharing her pancakes with Alex. They're inseparable.

Before we even got on the tractor to go pick peaches, Katie and Alex "picked peaches" from the ground. 15 minutes into our adventure, Alex lands in a mound of mud. Note to self: Don't attempt to wipe wet mud off. Let it dry, then shake.

Grandma and Alex pickin' peaches. Alex insisted he pull his own bucket around, grunting the entire time. "Heaby....heaby" (Heavy)
